Friday Outfit: Corded, Braided, and Ribboned

It's Friday and slightly less gorgeous than the last couple of days.  Still a great day for this short sleeved sweater!

Blue cable knit sweater - ModCloth

Braided leather belt - H&M

Cream ribbon skirt - Lithe (via Anthropologie)

Red flats - Madden Girl

I really ought to consider tucking my shirts into this skirt.  It would give me such a nice waistline.  The belt helps, but I think letting the skirt do the work might work better.  In any case, this outfit was a good weight for today.  The sweater was just enough to keep the cool breeze from bothering me when I went outdoors, and the skirt is lovely.

I'd come up with more witty commentary, but I'm getting this posted late and I actually do need to be up early tomorrow.  It's time for the annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Hermosa Beach, and I'm going with the Rebel Legion/501st group as Princess Leia.  Good times!  There will most assuredly be pictures.
